Breyton Alloy Wheels – Lightweight Construction for German Vehicles
Breyton alloy wheels are developed for performance vehicles, with an emphasis on reduced weight, structural consistency, and compatibility with BMW, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz platforms. Designed and tested in Germany, the range supports a variety of use cases, from road to track, without relying on generic sizing or styling.
The Breyton range is divided into three technical series:
- Forged Series: Machined from A6061-T6 aluminium, these wheels prioritise low mass and high strength. Suitable for high-performance builds and dynamic driving.
- Performance Series: Flow-formed wheels offering increased rigidity and lower weight compared to traditional casting. Aimed at drivers seeking sharper handling with everyday durability.
- Design Series: Cast wheels certified to TÜV standards. These provide full OE compatibility with factory hardware and are appropriate for routine use.
All wheels are CNC machined to tight tolerances and coated in multi-layer finishes for environmental resistance.
Structural Testing and Global Compliance
Breyton wheels undergo FEM analysis and mechanical testing to ensure load capacity, fatigue resistance, and impact strength. TÜV approval, along with SAE and JWL certification, ensures alignment with safety requirements in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.
Made for German Vehicles
Fitments are tailored for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and similar European vehicle models. This includes factory bolt patterns, hub-centric mounting, and support for TPMS sensors. Several models are available in staggered configurations, allowing users to increase rear axle width without compromising vehicle systems or geometry.
Coated for Daily Use
Breyton finishes include matte black, matte gun metal, and hyper silver, each selected for surface integrity and long-term wear characteristics. These coatings are designed to withstand exposure to brake dust, road debris, and winter road treatments - reducing surface degradation over time.
Breyton wheels are an ideal option for drivers replacing heavier factory alloys, fine-tuning suspension setups, or seeking a visual change grounded in material and mechanical quality. Forged, flow-formed, or cast - the range supports measured upgrades based on vehicle use and owner priorities.
