For items in stock, we will normally despatch your order on the same day it is placed, providing it is before 12pm GMT Mon-Fri.
For items not in-stock, we can usually source them in 3-5 days, depending on the manufacturer and availability.

The cost of the delivery depends on the size and weight of your order and the delivery destination.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed in your shopping basket once a delivery country has been selected.
Once your order has been been despatched from our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a despatch notification by email, including a UPS™ tracking number. You’ll then be able to track your delivery from our door to yours.

Once you have received your despatch notification by email, enter your tracking number into the UPS Tracking tool to see what day your package is due to arrive.
UPS™ typically deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you miss your delivery, UPS will leave a delivery card telling you what to do next. You can then rearrange delivery or collect from your nearest UPS™ location.
UPS™ will make three attempts to deliver your package on three separate business days. If you are unavailable to sign for your package on any of those days, your order may be returned to us. Because of the high value of the items we sell, all deliveries must be signed for.
