Despatch Times
All orders are processed and despatched from our warehouse in Germany, which holds items in stock and despatches items from our Just-In-Time Inventory.
In-stock items will normally be despatched on the same day your order is placed, providing it is before 12pm GMT Mon-Fri.
Items pulled from our Just-In-Time Inventory usually arrive at our warehouse, ready for despatch to you in 3-5 days, subject to the manufacturer and availability. Special Order items will be despatched the day after they arrive in our warehouse.

Delivery Questions
For items in stock, we will normally despatch your order on the same day it is placed, providing it is before 12pm GMT Mon-Fri.
For items not in-stock, we can usually source them in 3-5 days, depending on the manufacturer and availability.

We deliver to over 200 countries and territories Worldwide via UPS™.
With warehouses in the UK and Germany we’ve been serving customers around the world for over ten years.
The cost of the delivery depends on the size and weight of your order and the delivery destination.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically and displayed in your shopping basket once a delivery country has been selected.
Once your order has been been despatched from our warehouse, you’ll automatically receive a despatch notification by email, including a UPS™ tracking number. You’ll then be able to track your delivery from our door to yours.

Once you have received your despatch notification by email, enter your tracking number into the UPS Tracking tool to see what day your package is due to arrive.
UPS™ typically deliver between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you miss your delivery, UPS will leave a delivery card telling you what to do next. You can then rearrange delivery or collect from your nearest UPS™ location.
UPS™ will make three attempts to deliver your package on three separate business days. If you are unavailable to sign for your package on any of those days, your order may be returned to us. Because of the high value of the items we sell, all deliveries must be signed for.
